Telemetry Data (Processed Locally)

• Keystroke timing patterns (not the actual keys pressed)
• Mouse/stylus movement trajectories
• Pressure sensitivity data
• Session timestamps

What We DO NOT Collect

• The actual content of your writing
• Your images, audio, or video files
• Screen recordings or screenshots
• Personal files on your device

How We Use Your Data

• Generate provenance proofs for your creative sessions
• Authenticate your identity for session verification
• Improve our AI models for style analysis (anonymized, opt-in only)
• Send service-related communications

Zero-Knowledge Architecture

Our ZK-STARK proofs allow us to verify that you created something without knowing what you created. This cryptographic approach means:

• We can prove authenticity without accessing your content
• Your creative works never leave your device in readable form
• Even if our servers were compromised, your content remains private

Data Retention

• Provenance proofs: Stored indefinitely (they're yours)
• Session telemetry hashes: 7 years (for legal verification)
• Account data: Until account deletion
• Payment records: As required by law

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of AI training data contribution
