By accessing or using Inciso ("the Platform"), operated by GovernanceIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Inciso provides creative provenance verification services, including:

• Keystroke and stylus telemetry capture for writers and visual artists
• Audio session recording and verification for musicians
• Zero-knowledge proof generation for authenticity verification
• Blockchain-anchored timestamps and provenance certificates
• AI-powered style analysis and liveness detection

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the creative works you create using our platform. Inciso does not claim ownership of your content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your telemetry data for the purpose of generating provenance proofs.

5. Data Processing

We process behavioral telemetry (keystrokes, mouse movements, stylus pressure, etc.) locally on your device where possible. Only cryptographic hashes and proofs are transmitted to our servers, not your raw creative content.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Inciso to:

• Generate fraudulent provenance for work you did not create
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our verification systems
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer our cryptographic protocols

8. Limitation of Liability

Inciso is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our provenance proofs are evidence of creation process, not guarantees against all forms of fraud.
